Is there any way I can request a restaurant employee to get more training without getting them in trouble?

So basically my local ish Applebee's that I go to Every time I watch a movie has a bad cook and a good cook. The good cook makes my food great every single time. The bad cook cannot cook broccoli to save his life. I love broccoli so I usually get the steak and shrimp sirloin with extra broccoli instead of those mashed potatoes. Anyways this one cook on some of the days I'm there never gets my broccoli right and eventually after I send it back two or three times I just stopped sending it back because he never Cooks It right. This is getting annoying today has been the sixth time in the past month where I've been there and he didn't get it right. I have been going and doing this every time I go to the movies for nearly 2 years now so I do know pretty much all the employees and guarantee it's that one cook.

Anyways so it's at the title says I really hate how he can't cook my broccoli right and never gets it right. But I don't want to get him in trouble is there any way I can somehow get him more training without getting him in trouble?
