Sound in Steering and Tranny?

Just had the tranny replaced under warranty on our '24 with only 6k miles. After getting it back I noticed any time starting out from a stop that it makes a slight clunk sound. Also, noticed that my steering (up near the wheel) is occasionally making a click sound when turning slightly. Anyone ever experience these same issues and what were the fixes? Thanks
