Can someone recommend me a digital camera?

Budget: up to 700$

• Country:

• Condition: New or used is fine

• Type of Camera: digital

• Intended use: shooting photos and videos for myself and social media (I'm not a content creator though)

• What features do you absolutely need: flash, moveable screen and light weight camera

• What features would be nice to have: I'm not sure

• Cameras you're considering: I'm thinking canon g7x mark iii or ii but I'm not sure if there's something better

• Cameras you already had: none, I've never had a camera in my life

• Notes: I'm really not looking for something very professional, I just need something nice to take photos with and videos too just to document beautiful moments.
