[PC] [2020+] You chase a huge bear up a giant tree then fight it. Bear has lightning powers

I have a horrible memory, so bear (pun intended) with me.

3D game. It's probably 3rd person but maybe 1st person. I seem to recall that you are part of a group and can switch characters on the fly.

The main things I remember about this game is:

* The map screen was unique. It does the fog-of-war thing where it uncovers areas as you go to them, but I think I remember the map being animated in a sense?

* I believe the story is "narrated" in portions, but I can't remember what the story is about

* In one "mission", you end up chasing a big bear up a giant tree and have to fight it. The battle is VERY FAST PACED and I remember dying many times. The bear has very strong attacks and I am certain it has lightning attacks.

* The bear "mission" is in the first few hours of the game because I didn't play the game much longer. I'm trying to remember what this game is so I can decide if I want to give it another go or not.

I can't remember anything else, and hope there's some walking encyclopedia out there that knows what I'm talking about.
