Token Commander that doesn't need to be cast?

I've been looking for a commander that does not need to be cast and still be useful for the rest of the 99. Or maybe a commander when cast can synergize with the 99. Having [[Exploration]] and [[Burgeoning]] for acceleration to be able to use expensive token doublers on the field.

Utilizing cards like -

Creatures/Planeswalkers -
[[Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation // Temple of Civilization]]
[[Mondrak, Glory Dominus]]
[[Elspeth, Storm Slayer]]
[[Myrel, Shield of Argive]]

Enchantments -
[[Anointed Procession]]
[[Parallel Lives]]
[[Doubling Season / Primal Vigor]]
[[Second Harvest]]

Artifact -
[[Helm of the Host]]

Has this been done before? I feel like it could be fun, but it might be impossible to use all those cards in one deck. If anyone wants to discuss or give their 2 cents I would love to listen!
