anyone else?

Yesterday when i wiped I had bright red blood which then turned into pink ish blood but today it’s mostly been brown discharge with hints of reddish pink. I took a test because i was spiraling (negative) and am currently two days late on my cycle. Has anyone else ever gotten this? i can’t talk to anyone about it so really I’ve just been venting on here and asking around … it’s psyching me out.
