I'm trying to find a book

So I read this book a couple years ago and I really enjoyed it but I can't seem to releber the name for the life of me. I vaguely remember it beung about this human girl moving into like a dorm/shared house with a bunch of monster girls who hate humans and she has to stay alive for a year before she's fully allowed to stay at the house. It may sound a bit weird tbh but I really need to find this book I beg.
