Rated Battlegrounds

I have no clue how anyone gets to 1800 or higher on rbg. No matter how well I do (frost DK, top dps most games) I get stuck with a team with their heads up their asses. I try game plans, little tips, and people just do whatever, don’t even attempt to kill healers. It’s mind numbing. And I’m sick of arenas. I seem to have the worst luck. Stuck game after game with the team who won’t even speak let alone follow a little but of a strategy.
