Female 70. Issues with swallowing. Tonsils allergy related ?

Hi I'm female 70 been having some issues with swallowing since allergy season started. I spit out two tonsil stones . I never had them before . I feel like the left side of my throat is irritated I'm not sure if everything looks ok in there . I took a picture . I felt a constant weird feeling before now I only feel it occasionally. I'm not sure if maybe I am just more sensitive to tonsil stones than other people or something else is irritated from allergies . Below is a link to the pic
