Right foot hurts when using barefoot shoes but left foot is fine?

Barefoot shoes question / discussion

I got my first pair of barefoot shoes since my pairs of normal shoes were starting to hurt whenever I wore them, I'm guessing cause I'm been walking barefoot in my house constantly for the past year, and they feel mostly fine however if I wear them too long then my right leg starts to feel uncomfortable and after a certain point even a little painful. Specifically this discomfort & pain are in the ankle, back of the knee and hip. The odd thing is this doesn't happen at all on the left side and if I walk around barefoot then there's no pain or discomfort at all. As stated I've been walking barefoot in my house for a year and I feel perfectly comfortable doing that so I don't think it's an issue of transitioning as this discomfort happens even in my home. To describe the feeling of the right shoe, it feels a tad tight specifically on the left side of my right foot but if I stretch it a little the discomfort briefly disperses, the shoes are in my size as the left shoe feels completely natural but my right foot is struggling for some reason. I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions on this and I thank you all in advance. The following link is the pair of shoes I'm using.
