Premium to pick (mostly for fun and/or unusual gameplay, but if it'll farm — even better)

So since nobody knows for how long Lesta will live, and they give a lot of doubs, and -25% ticket on ships for gold will reset in like 3 weeks — I'm wondering what to pick with ~19k dubs (T9 included).

Looking for your opinion on the options I've gathered. Something that'll be decently fun and unusual (so don't suggest Atago, I won't buy it: too generic angled kiting JP HE spammer gameplay, unlike more diverse Maya).

Thoughts so far:

• T9:
  • Patagonia — maybe? Vermont like was kinda enjoyable so far, but Vermont should be too good to spend time on a worse T9 alternative
  • Dalian — T9 Smolensk sounds like a decent idea, especially in operations (where Smolensk slays, but doesn't farm). Plus I have enough time on Smolensk including gunboating in open water. Does Dalian explode more easily or is it about the same?
• T8:
  • BBs — have no idea, but Constellation sounded unusual. Thoughts?
  • Bayard — usual french things, but in 152 mm now.
  • Sandy — a worse Bayard? I'm not sure what to expect from it, but is unusual indeed
  • Hampshire — 203 mm AP only. Afraid it's made of explodium.
  • Le Terrible — really liked this line, but then new German and US DDs were added, plus I might get Yolo Emilio soon, so idk even.
• T7 — basically only 2 things (+ will take Boise for coal):
  • Toulon — 305 mm cruiser at T7 (seems very squishy with 16 mm bow tho)
  • FR 25 — mini-Emilio, but guns are be Vauquelin trash arcs.
• T6 — pretty much just Mysore: a Leander with crawling smoke and more pen, but with no torps or spotter plane (highest base range among crawlers and Leander tho)
• T5 — will take Agincourt later without discount (the difference isn't as big as for T8-9)

Impressions on those + suggestions are welcomed.

P. S. Also can't decide between T9 Illiois and T10 New Hampshire (if you're unfamiliar: same guns, but with +1 turret and +0.5 sec reload). More guns = the beterer, but 22+ sec Montana hull rudder is just ugh... Plus it won't farm. And because I didn't play any clan/ranked despite playing since closed beta I have steel enough only for 1 ship.
