LOCI through SAM

Has anyone submitted their LOCI through SAM on OUAC? Or is it the norm to email the letter to adcom in order to have it added to your application? I know Windsor specially has said any changes to your application should be made on OUAC so I figured the LOCI should be submitted there but not sure
