Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and crypto-native Social Media Manager to lead our online engagement efforts for an upcoming token. This role requires someone with a strong grasp of the crypto landscape, experience in influencer outreach, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for building hype, growing communities, and identifying influencers who can help amplify our project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage daily with crypto communities on Telegram, Discord, and Reddit to build organic buzz and interest.
2. Find and reach out to influential YouTube and Telegram creators with high traffic and engagement to secure promo deals or collaborations.
3. Create and manage content calendars and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram.
4. Run cold outreach campaigns to influencers and community partners with customized messaging.
5. Follow up and build relationships with potential collaborators to drive conversions and awareness.
6. Track campaign performance and engagement across platforms and adjust strategies based on analytics.
7. Coordinate promotional content and meetings with influencers.
8. Use tools like Asana to manage campaign workflows, assign tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of relevant experience managing social media in the crypto/Web3 space.
2. Strong knowledge of crypto culture, communities, and trends.
3. Proficient in tools such as Asana, scheduling platforms, and content creation tools like Canva.
4. Excellent English writing and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to identify and evaluate influencers based on audience, traffic, and engagement.
6. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple active campaigns simultaneously.
7. Comfortable working across US, UK, UAE, and Asia time zones.
8. Able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Basic understanding of USDT, BTC, and blockchain transactions.
2. Portfolio or proof of crypto content you’ve previously created or managed.
3. Experience negotiating with influencers and managing paid or organic partnerships.
4. Background in crypto, DeFi, finance, or online marketing.
5. Track record of turning influencer outreach and social campaigns into real traction and leads.

💰 Compensation
