Summer work

I have for the past 3 years worked summer school to help pay off family debt. But I'm debating about working it this summer since my district decided that teachers working summer school will only get paid $16/hr verus our own contracted hourly salary ( $35/hrs for me). Does anyone work for Uber eats or instacart for extra money? How much do you tend to make?
