If I’m a male under 6ft, does this immediately put me at a disadvantage in the dating pool?

I’m interested to hear what everyone’s thoughts are on this. I would say that I’m a fairly good looking person but I have started to notice that I’m looked at far less than my pals who are taller than me. Not sure what I can do to get around this
