Planning Euro trip advice please

Hey, im trying to plan my own itinerary. We have to limit our time away to around a month due to cost (family trip $$) We planned to do Rome,Venice, Innsbruck, Munich, Salzburg, Vienna and Krakow. Spending 3-4 ish nights in each place finishing with 5 nights in Krakow. Is this too ambitious, should we limit the countries and spend more days in less places? We really want to see Rome and Krakow and have family to visit in Munich. Any advice is appreciated!
