Got internal audit files from nowhere?

So, I just noticed that I have internal audit files, their invoices, shipment files etc etc of dubai company on my desktop. Have I been hacked? When I scan my windows (offline mode), I can't find anything tho..My laptop is from Dubai so did I get it accidentally? I don't know
