3rd session of picolaser

Hi I have been doing laser removal by using picosure . I started doing it on the 7th January 2025 with spacing time of 7 weeks . Right now I've done my 3rd session done . I feel a raised skin abit on the tattoo I need advice that is this Normal? Has anyone else faced this issue while getting a tattoo removal done and this is okay? A normal thing which everyone does face
