Feels like I have to lower my vibration around others

Just a thought of mine. I wake up from my dreams or astral travels, I'm in my purest state of mind... and then I speak to someone or they address me. Poof. My vibration drops as I interact with them, adjusting my mentality and words to match their mindset so that they can understand me. What more can I do if I want to be able to communicate with them? I did speak to one of those psychics once and it was pretty nice being able to go fully "unmasked", look someone dead in the eye, and they understand and don't conflict with a single thing coming out of my mouth. No, it was not a session that I paid for, but rather in a friendly circumstance in passing. I just wish I could do that all of the time.
