Golf Simulator 4k PC Help

I need help. I am feeling overwhelmed and afraid I am going to make a bad purchase and compromise my golf simulator. I have worked really hard and want to finish my setup well. I have a 9x12 screen with a 4k projector and I need a cpu that will run the software well. Here are the minimum specs listed on the ProTee VX software page.

Can someone recommend a computer or two that would be sufficient? I appreciate your expertise.
