Integrating Golconda, the Inconnu, and the Twelve into a campaign. How do I do it?

VTM

Hi! I'm fairly new to WoD, my more experienced friends got me into it, but I've been consuming a lot of the lore, and I'm thinking about running a VtM campaign with my friends. Though it is of course imprudent to "plan out" a campaign, I know I want my campaign to work with the themes of redemption and humanity that are so integral to VtM, and as such, I'm reading as much Golconda lore on the wiki as I can. I'm hoping I can make it a goal that my players can choose to follow long-term.

It's a modern VtM campaign. Really leaning into the eschatology of the final nights. Probably taking place in America. And I'm thinking, how can I introduce the concept to the PCs? How could a seemingly normal quest lead to this random coterie meeting a member of the Inconnu? Is there a named character who might be interesting ro use? Might this thread, if followed, even lead them to Hunedoara castle, and the diablerized Saulot himself?

I can't expect you guys to give me a complete answer to these questions. I'm not giving you guys or myself much information to work with. But I'm curious as to how you all might go about it.

TL;DR: I'm thinking of running a VtM campaign where Golconda is an option for players. How could their PCs be introduced to the concept?
