Heart Problems
Hi there, I am a 26 year old. I weigh 250 lbs I also am diagnosed bipolar with history of psychosis as well as Thyroid nodules that are non cancerous.
I have already gotten a ECG, a Ultrasound of my heart, blood panel, heart monitor for 4 weeks and a pulmonary test. The findings were that I have a severely dialated left ventricle. And the results of my pulmonary test shows that I have a Restrictive lung defect so my lungs aren't able to fully expand which means I'm not getting enough oxygen from both those sources. My doctor referred me to someone to help me quit smoking and I have to do a sleep apnea test before she's 100% sure how to tackle these findings. She also put me on a beta blocker that sometimes can bring down my heart rate because before my resting heart rate was always 110 give or take but now I've seen it drop to somewhere around 96 BPM How serious are these findings? Any advice or someone who experienced the same thing?
(Also I want to add that I used to take lithuim, zyprexa, haloperidol and another medication to help tremors.. they took me off of lithuim gradually since I was experiencing the feeling of passing out literally everyday then it stopped but I had to continue with the rest of the medication and now my symptoms are back and nobody is taking me seriously)
