Advice for first build in years

So the last time I built a computer from scratch was probably late 2017 or early 2018. Given that it was built in part with used components it is starting to show its age. So I have decided it is probably time to do a fresh build. However, I haven't really been keeping up on recent component specs so I am not really sure what is quality. Here is my current build for reference. Is anything in this rig still worth using? Where would be a good place to go from here. I am no looking to break the bank but something any advice on something serviceable to replace this machine?
