Looking for new Graphics card

I'm currently looking at replacing my RTX 3060ti with an RX 9070 XT or an 5070 Ti.

On my country (Perú) The 9070XT is currently out of stock everywere and there are plenty of 5070Ti to choose from. But I saw a Lot of problems with the 50 series online. Is it really that problematic or a card? I'm not sure about pulling the trigger right now on an 5070 Ti or wait for more stock of the 9070 XT, as the tarrifs are around the corner and here on Perú ir you give sellers but a single chance, they Will skyrocket the prices 9070XT is going for about 950 USD (no stock) 5070Ti is going for about 1100 USD
