Care package ideas for extremely busy niece?

I want to make my niece a care package, but I’m having trouble with the oldest. She doesn’t really have any big hobbies, she’s in dance and so she’s busy 24/7 because of that and school. She’s not that girly, isn’t nerdy, doesn’t use social media, and has no time to relax whatsoever. She loves Lululemon, and she travels a lot for dance. She cares about her health, and uses a Fitbit. She mostly just sleeps, studies, and dances.

I’m making her sister a package too, but she’s super easy. It’ll be a big mix of makeup, skincare, and other trendy things. Maybe a Stanley or a small gift card to Starbucks too. Unfortunately, my other niece would hate that so their packages have to be different.
