custom made aero discs

i’ve got a stretched bike i’m looking into putting an aero disc in the rear on, but i can’t seem to find anyone that makes em. Is there any place that’ll do custom orders or is this something i’m gonna have to do myself. and if so how do i go about doing something like that? most likely in carbon?
