Shipping Liquids Outside of Singapore

I am looking for a way to ship small liquid shaker keychains outside of Singapore without the risk of them being confiscated by customs. From what I know the liquid is non flammable though Singpost is really unclear if they can ship such liquids or not. I did send them an email but they've yet to reply to me. While Qxpress can ship liquids, they only deliver to specific countries.

I need some advice or suggestions, should I take the risk and ship them with Singpost, or look for an alternative courier to ship them out instead? Plus I will like to know what possible courier options there are out there, thanks
