migraine glasses

I have to ask, I've been wearing Zennis migraine glasses daily for about two years now and I'm not sure if it's helping, I get them everyday so it's difficult to tell. It helps a little with light sensitivity but I'm not sure if that's from the lens or from the fact that they're tinted. I was wondering if anyone else has tried them and seen an improvement or if anyone else has tried any others and seen more improvement.
