The VA is weird

So I filed a claim back in January, I should have done it years ago but here we are. I did it all online and it has been going through its process. It had advanced out of evidence gathering then went back to evidence gathering. The weird thing is I got a letter in the mail the other day that said my direct deposit could not be set up because I didn't send them a voided cheque.

So I guess I need to figure out where to send that to. Although I don't get why they need that right now since they have not even done a determination yet. I get it, it is a government agency and they have their process.
