Anime v. Manga?

I’m reading the manga (I’m currently at ch. 200 so no spoilers past that pls!) and I haven’t watched the anime yet, how is the adaptation? How high should I set my expectations? I watched a bit of the first episode to get a feel for it as I approach the latest chapter and ngl, I find Emilyko…a bit annoying. Does she get better? How are the other characters? Is there anything missing in the anime that I should be ready for?
