Anybody Mind Lending a Fella an Axe to Grind?

Hey gang, anybody on PC able to craft me like 10 Grognak's axes? I don't have the plan, but they look cool as hell and the ones I keep getting from legendary drops kinda stink. I'd really appreciate it, I can pay you 1000 caps for your trouble.
