Inn at Irving Place

Used to love staying at this hotel but haven’t stayed here since March of 2020, right before Covid. Wondering if this is still a good spot or are there better options? Me and my husband are visiting for our 5th anniversary in October. We’d like to stay near union square since this is where he lived during college. They used to advertise rates their rates online but have stopped. Last time we paid about $375/night. Would love other recommendations for hotels with the same old world charm. Our budget is $550/night. We prefer to hotels with modern furnishings etc. Thanks in advance!
