Take time off work?

I’m just wondering what yall have done. Today is day one for me and the worst part is sleeping. I know if I call in tomorrow and Tuesday I can get past the worst days assuming it’s like the last time I quit. But really not sure what it will be like this time but I know I can’t be operating equipment on zero sleep…
