Workwear advice!

Our company wants us to be in the office thrice a week 😓 and I have no clue what I need to wear. I still have a lot of PP weight to lose, so nothing pre-baby fits. Also I haven’t been in to the office since covid so never really upgraded my work closet. What exactly are women wearing to work these days which can be considered business casual? I am in Canada, so for now I am looking for clothing appropriate for summer to fall. Bonus if you could recommend stores in GTA. TIA
