How do I move my veggie plants to my new house?

I am moving in the beginning of July to a new house. I will have big heirloom tomato plants, sungold tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper plants, and eggplants. Im picking up all of my seedlings next week. Im not sure what to do. I move in 2 months. Its almost a 2 hour trip. What should I do?!

I wanted to originally plant them in the ground. But now im not sure if I should do grow bags or maby beds. Didnt expect to move so quickly but things happen haha. My plants are also already preordered. Appreciate any advice.
