proFISHiency test

So I'm trying to complete as many miraculous missions as I can, and the next on my list is the proFISHiency test, so I complete level 3 no problem, then after a bit of trial and error I got platinum in level 2 in Malam. So then I went to pacar to do level 1 but the guy was not there, so I went back to malam and got platinum again and again, the level 1 in pacar was not there. I can't figure it out, Please help.
