I found out my ex was having sex with a doctor for money

So I'm from a small town so this was news for me. Ex-boyfriend had a very nice car. Can't remember exactly what type it was. Let's just call it Lamborghini looking, let me add that he did not have a job and as far as everyone else knew he never had one. Rumors had went around for the longest that he was seeing a heart surgeon and getting paid for "guy on guy" time and this heart surgeon was known to do this with a lot of good looking guys locally, their was even 3 guys in our small town driving the same Ferrari looking car that we aren't used to seeing around these parts. They are all known now as "Doc sluts."
