Brake pad & rotor recommendations?

2020 f150 4x4 crew cab 5.0 65k

Hello everyone, had the truck about a year now and it is about due for its first brake job. I got the truck babied at 47k and have towed and hauled up to 1,000lbs a few times a month and some long trips. The stopping power and brake dust have been great.

I was wondering, is ford using ceramic or semi-metallic from the factory and what are some like OEM pad and rotor kits anyone is running that aren't going to cost me over a grand? If I could afford motorcraft all around I would, but that number is steep.
