Does anyone know any mods to make fnv feel more "alive"

I'm looking for mods to make Vegas and the surrounding towns feel alot more "alive" because I'm playing TTW and i want the difference between Nevada and DC massive, Mods to make DC feel more "dead" would also be appreciated
