Is a breast augmentation possible under local anesthesia? General anesthesia scares me.

I really wanna get this done but I’m TERRIFIED of general anesthesia. I would rather see the doctor cut me open than get anesthesia. I already have an anxiety disorder and panic attacks and idk if i can handle all that stress. Plus i have no one by my side so that’s gonna add an immense fear. Has anyone also had bad anxiety and had a surgery? How did you do it?
