OC half marathon 2025 - status of runner who collapsed?

I ran the OC half marathon today and I saw medics treating a male runner who had collapsed near mile 11, looked to be pretty young. He seemed to be unconscious and I believe he was taken to the hospital. Anyone know what happened to him?
