How do I manifest my ex if she's subconsciously removing me from her life?

She's moved on, says she doesn't love me anymore, and doesn't wanna try things again. One day she might even find someone else. I know you can manifest anything despite these circumstances, but I've also learned she's still a person with her own desires and wishes, so she might just be subconsciously pushing me away.

So what do I do? Is it really possible to manifest her back despite all this? Or am I gonna be sitting here hoping and waiting for nothing?
