Where can I find the best samosa in town?

Hello All you beautiful portlanders!

My friend and I are on a quest to find the best samosa in Portland. The two of us volunteer for the Oregon country Fair, and there's a wonderful Indian food stand that has fantastic samosas, that we talk about for the rest of the year. We are trying to find something to fill the void until next fair, and would love recommendations.
