How can I view a private instagram account

Hi! I think my bf is cheating with another girl and that there’s evidence on her instagram account of it. However it’s private and I can’t seem to gain access, is there a way to get around this? She won’t accept follows from anyone I know from my state obviously because she’s hiding it but I need the proof before I can leave my living situation. Is there any way to see her account?
