Well I fucked up today.

My daughter came with me to my doctors appointment. I work for the same company. As I was leaving I saw a coworker and introduced her to my daughter. My daughter hid behind me and was very shy. So I said sorry maybe next time. See you tomorrow. As my doctors appointment was ending I texted my wife that we were almost out of there and that my daughter is very upset that we have to go to the store next. Wel my wife text back that rose stayed with her and they were at the park. I just froze and thought about what I had been doing. I had taken her out of the room to go to the bathroom before the doctor came in. I introduced her to my coworker. I talked to her when checking in and waiting in the waiting room the entire time.

To top it all off I’m praying my coworker doesn’t say anything to anyone. I don’t think she will but now it’s in the open.
