Should I reach out?

Last time I saw my ex, she told me that I am the man she is supposed to be with, that we are going to be together. However she wasn’t ready to get back together yet, maybe in a few months.

This was 7 months ago and I haven’t heard from her since. Lately I’ve been thinking I should reach out. I do really want to be with her but also if she doesn’t feel the same I can live with it and move on. I did move on until I ran into her again and she said all this. Is it worth reaching out at all? Should I just keep my peace?

We were together for 3 years and apart for 2 now. I’d like to say we were really good together and that things ended neutrally. We are 20 and 23
