My first experience with Turno isn't great

Been looking for a new cleaner and I heard a lot about turno. Signed up and had a cleaner lined up for tomorrow.

On April 24th I discussed that we'd meet them there so we can show them around as it will be our first clean with them and we'd need to open the storage closet for them. She agreed that 2pm on May 5th worked for her... Since we knew we'd be meeting with her tomorrow we grabbed the keys for the unit to make it easier on ourselves, she wouldn't be able to get in without us anyway. Both the main door key, and storage closet keys aren't there.

The job was meant to be tomorrow May 5th at 2pm. She messaged me tonight at 8:33pm saying her team is going to show up between 2:45 - 3:45pm. So what was the purpose of agreeing to the 2pm time previously on April 24th? She never mentioned it would be a range of times till tonight when she randomly messaged me. I ended up cancelling her for tomorrow because of this. I feel like it's just a waste of our time because we'd be sitting around for over an hour waiting for her team.
