Slight overcast affecting depth perception?
Hello, I just wanted a sanity check from the group.
I played in overcast conditions today and had an abnormal amount of whiffs. Just entirely missed balls on returns I would normally not miss. Hole in paddle syndrome.
I was wondering if anyone has any input about how lighting might play a role. I'm not sure if it's diffuse lighting or just less of it general but it seemed to be an odd phenomenon I haven't experienced before here in the sunny and dry southwest.
It was one of those overcast days where it looks like rain all over town but it just didn't rain.
Thoughts? Wondering if this is normal or if I should raise this with my optometrist!
