Random movement

Anyone else having their character wander around on their own? I thought it was stuck drift with my elite controller but just bought a brand new one and it does the same thing. It’s just this game though, I tried other games to see if it was drift but it ain’t. Did the old reliable uninstall and reinstall and the issue is still there
