Is this a psu issue?

Yesterday I was playing a game, computer turned off randomly. It turned back on worked for about 20 minutes. Then it started turning off and turning on repeatedly. Then it eventually worked for awhile. Now it’s been doing this where it turns off and on repeatedly and will eventually turn on but there’s no telling for how long it’ll stay running. Temps are good, I unplugged and replugged the ram sticks, I took the psu out to inspect but the only other psu I have doesn’t work with the cables that come with this computer, computer is roughly two years old. I’d post a video but the sub doesn’t allow it.
